Six Seed Grants awarded by Alliance for a Healthier World

Alliance for a Healthier World announces six planning grants each averaging USD$24,000 in a second cycle of Healthier World Challenge Planning Grants. The successful research proposals were received from multidisciplinary teams representing faculty, staff and students at Bloomberg School of Public Health, Carey Business School, Krieger School of Arts & Sciences, Peabody Institute, School of Education, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and Whiting School of Engineering.

Extension From Nov 15 grant deadline - Now Nov 22nd

The submission deadline for Cycle 2 of the Healthier World Challenge Planning Grants had been scheduled for end of day tomorrow, Wednesday November 15th, 2017.  However, due to changes to the RFA document that we made one week ago, we are offering an extension of one full week. The new deadline for Cycle 2 Healthier World Challenge Planning Grants is now 11:59PM (EST) on Wednesday November 22nd.

Alliance Awards $170K in Planning Grants

The new Alliance for a Healthier World is pleased to announce the awardees of eight planning grants totaling USD $170,000.  During summer 2017, proposals were received from research teams across the university vying for up to ten Healthier World Challenge planning grants each worth up to $25,000.
